Of Living A Long Healthy Life |
Do you believe that you got sick by chance? That ill health and disease is just a matter of bad luck and poor timing... and something you didn't ask for? Have you ever thought that maybe... just maybe... you had something to do with it? Learn how to take control of your life... and turn your health (and your happiness) around! Your good health is your responsibility. You can begin to feel healthy and happy right now! Health and Happiness come hand in hand. The better you feel the higher your self-esteem gets and your overall outlook on life. Which is very important to be happy and successful in life. Four things that can make you feel and look better in your life is: Exercise, Eating right, Rest and Self awareness. 1.Exercise Make some time during the day to take a walk, walking improves your stamina and gives you more energy for the day. Join a gym or a health club, this will improve your looks and self-esteem. Exercising also extends your life and makes you feel like a different person almost instantly. Walk or run for at least 30 minutes a day, after about a week you'll feel a massive difference on how you feel, and eventually you'll look better to. 2. Eating Right Eating all three meals a day is very important. It gives your body the energy it needs to get through the day. Eat a nutritious breakfest, doing so will boost your energy for the day ahead, fruit, cereal and orange juice are a good idea for breakfest. For lunch eat a sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes to get the vitamins your body needs, drink plenty of watter and skip the caffenne. For dinner its a good to eat chicken, noodles, and plenty of vegitbles to give your body the carbohydrates and vitamins to improve your metabolism. 3. Rest Rest is one of the most important thing your body needs. Proper rest helps your body heal itself, keeps you healthy and alert. When you get enough rest the next mourning you feel like a million bucks, i guarentee. 4. Self Awareness Where cloths that make you look and feel awsome. Never let anyone tell you that you can't become or do something. Remember life is yours live it healthy and safe. There are many other ways to improve your life. |
